WHAT IS DESTINATION IMAGINATION?
Destination Imagination is a global extra-curricular program where teams of students learn about the creative process from imagination to innovation in order to solve open-ended challenges and present their solutions at tournaments.
The Destination Imagination program encourages teams of learners to have fun, take risks, focus, and solve challenges in science, technology, engineering, the arts, improv, and community service. Our participants learn patience, flexibility, persistence, ethics, respect for others and their ideas, and the collaborative problem solving process.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
District 56 Destination Imagination (D.I.) is open to students in ALL GRADES (K-8)
